Participant registration is divided into an early and a late period, as outlined below.
All registrations must be completed online with credit card payment. On-site attendees will also be required to register online.
Early Registration Period:January 14 (Wed), 2026, 12:00 – April 23 (Thu), 2026
Conference only: JPY 20,000
Conference + Reception: JPY 23,000
Late Registration Period:April 24 (Fri), 2026 – May 31 (Sun), 2026
Conference only: JPY 25,000
Conference + Reception: JPY 28,000
After completing your payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about your participation badge. Please be sure to check this email carefully.
